2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
2.1. Supreme Carpets accepts orders from individuals in the UK, Europe and Rest of World.
3. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:
3.1.1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
3.1.2. You are at least 18 years old; and,
3.1.3. You are resident in one of the Serviced Countries.
4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
4.1. After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to buy a Product. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance, which we confirm by sending a Dispatch Confirmation. The contract (“Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
4.2. We will not process your order until full payment has been received as stated in clause 7.
4.3. If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to correct it by phone before it’s processed. Once processed, amendments are not possible. If the order has been dispatched, you may return the Products following our Returns Policy.
4.4. The Contract applies only to the Products confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We are not obliged to supply other items that may have been part of your order unless confirmed separately.
4.5. Supreme Carpets reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
4.6. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate, that you’re authorised to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available. You are responsible for updating us if any details change.
5. CONSUMER RIGHTS
5.1. If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may cancel the Contract at any time within seven days, starting the day after you receive the Products. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the Products, in line with our Returns Policy.
6. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered by the date stated in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no date is given, then within 14 days from the Dispatch Confirmation date, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
7. PRICE AND PAYMENT
7.1. The price payable for Products is listed on the Website. Prices include UK VAT but exclude delivery, which is calculated and shown separately at checkout and must be paid in full in advance.
7.2. Payments must be made by the methods shown on our Website. No payment is deemed complete until funds have cleared in full for the amount stated in the order.
7.3. Prices may change at any time without notice. Any price change will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
7.4. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, some Products may be incorrectly priced. If the correct price is lower, we’ll charge the lower amount. If higher, we may contact you or cancel the order.
7.5. If a pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised as a mistake, we are not obliged to honour that price even after sending a Dispatch Confirmation.
7.6. We accept payments via credit/debit card or PayPal. Accepted cards include VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD, SOLO, MAESTRO, and ELECTRON.
7.7. Prices for foreign products or services may vary due to fluctuations. All advertised prices are subject to such changes.
7.8. Only one discount or promotion code may be used per order.
8. OUR REFUNDS POLICY
8.1. Supreme Carpets will not issue a refund or resend a return if the customer has placed an incorrect order or entered inaccurate details.
9. OUR LIABILITY
9.1. If we do not deliver, or if the Products we deliver are incorrect, damaged, or defective, or the quantity is wrong, our only obligation will be, at our choice, to:
9.1.1. correct the shortage, non-delivery, or error; or
9.1.2. replace the faulty or damaged Products; or
9.1.3. refund the amount you paid for those Products.
9.2. Supreme Carpets shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, contracts, goodwill, or data.
9.3. Our total liability under this contract will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Products.
9.4. Nothing in this contract limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be legally excluded.
9.5. Nothing in this contract affects your statutory rights.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All and any Intellectual Property Rights in connection with the Products shall be owned by Supreme Carpets & Flooring.
11. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable laws require that certain information or communications we send you must be in writing. By using our site, you agree that communication will primarily be electronic. We may contact you by email or post notices on our website. For contract purposes, you consent to this method and acknowledge that all contracts, notices, and communications we provide electronically meet legal requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. NOTICES ALL
Notices from you to us must be sent to info@supremecarpets.co.uk. We may send notices to you via the email or postal address you provided with your order, or by the methods in clause 13 above. Notices will be considered received: immediately if posted on our website, 24 hours after an email is sent, or three days after a letter is mailed. To prove notice was given, it’s enough to show that the letter was correctly addressed, stamped, and posted, or that the email was sent to the right address.
15. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
15.1. The agreement between you and Supreme Carpets is binding on both parties and their respective successors and assigns.

16.2.1. Strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes.
16.2.2. Civil unrest, riot, invasion, terrorism or threat of terrorism, war (declared or not), or preparation for war.
16.2.3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic or other natural disaster.
16.2.4. Inability to use transport by rail, sea, air or road.
16.2.5. Inability to access public or private telecommunications networks.
16.2.6. Actions, regulations, laws, or restrictions from any government authority.
16.3. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we shall be granted a time extension to fulfil them. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or find an alternative way to fulfil our obligations.
17. WAIVER
17.1. If at any time during the term of a Contract we do not insist on the strict performance of any of your obligations, or if we fail to exercise any rights or remedies under the Contract, this will not be considered a waiver of such rights or remedies and does not release you from your obligations.
17.2. A waiver by Supreme Carpets of any default will not be regarded as a waiver of any later default.
17.3. No waiver of any of these terms and conditions will be valid unless clearly stated as a waiver and communicated to you in writing, as outlined in clause 13.
18. SEVERABILITY
18.1. If any part of these Terms and Conditions or any provision of a Contract is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that specific term or provision shall be removed to the extent required, and the remaining terms will continue in full force as permitted by law.
18.2. Alternatively, you agree that the affected clause will be adjusted and interpreted in a way that closely reflects its original intent, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
19.1. These terms and conditions, along with any documents expressly referenced in them, form the full agreement between you and Supreme Carpets regarding the subject matter and replace any earlier agreements or understandings, whether spoken or written.
19.2. Both parties acknowledge that, by entering into this Contract, neither has relied on any representation, assurance, or promise other than those clearly set out in these terms and conditions.
19.3. No party shall have any remedy in respect of any false statement made before this Contract, unless made fraudulently, and remedies will only apply for breach of contract as outlined in these terms.
20. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
20.1. Supreme Carpets reserves the right to revise and update these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in market trends, technology, payment methods, legal or regulatory requirements, or system functionality, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
20.2. Your purchase will be subject to the terms and policies active at the time of your order, unless changes are legally required or we notify you of updates before the Dispatch Confirmation. In that case, we will assume acceptance unless we hear from you within seven working days of product receipt.
